Ministers

Ross Anderson

Education: Ross acquired a BA from Freed-Hardeman University and a MA of Religion from Harding University. 

Experience: Ross began his preaching career at Somerville, Tennessee, where he served from 1975-1981. Starting July 1, 1981 he has been the pulpit minister at Cedar Grove church.  In addition, he has been teaching Bible at Arlington Christian School since 1993.

Personal:  He has been married to Paula for over 30 years, and they have two children and one grandchild.

Chris King

Education: Chris received his BA in Biblical Studies (emphasis in Greek) from Heritage Christian University.  He is currently finishing his MA in New Testament Studies (emphasis in History of Doctrine) at the Harding Graduate School of Religion.  At present, he is also enrolled in Columbia Theological Seminary. 

Experience: This is Chris’s third year as the Campus Minister at Arlington Christian School.  He also serves as the Associate Minister at Cedar Grove.  He shares the pulpit time with Ross, plans many of our youth events and has implemented a successful mentoring program among our adult Bible classes. 

Personal:  Chris and his wife Melanie are the proud parents of two daughters.
